The Bolivian women of La Aljorra met on the morning of Sunday, November 13 to work together this art of traditional work.
More than a hundred women began this meeting with a breakfast at 10.30 to gather forces, and began a work that continued throughout the morning.
The best works of this group were exposed in a stand so that the visitors could enjoy its quality.
The participants were also offered a sample of women's handicrafts in the area;
The cartageneros that approached the Cultural Association of the Woman of the Aljorra, could acquire necklaces, bracelets or earrings made by women of the zone.
A meal closed at 2 pm at La Cartuja restaurant, which was attended by the Mayor of Cartagena, José López, and the Councilor for Equality, David Martínez.
