Already they selected the short films participating in the FICC / 45 into two sections: the Official Section Short Film, for domestic and foreign short, and MURcine;
for short in the Region of Murcia.
The FICC has received this year more than 400 jobs.
Selected short films will be screened during the festival week, to be held from November 27 to December 3.
As for the awards, in the short film section the best short will receive 3,000 euros.
In addition, there will be a recognition for the best direction, cinematography and screenplay.
On the other hand, in the MURcine section, the first prize Silver Caravel City of Cartagena will be 1,500 euros, while the second, the Submarino Peral, shall be EUR 500.
The jury of the FICC / 45 shall be composed of: Virginia García de Lucas, editor and director of Film Days;
Gabriel Rodenas, professor of Communication Studies at the University of Murcia;
Daniel Albaladejo, actor;
Jesus de la Peña, director of the festival IBAFF and Angel Pablo Cano Gómez, professor of Communication Studies at the Catholic University San Antonio of Murcia.
