The Neighborhood Board Mills Marfagones focuses on the recovery of popular traditions, while promoting cultural and sports activities of their neighbors.
For this reason, last Saturday, October 22, held a workshop on Esparto attended by Councilman Decentralization City of Cartagena, Juan Pedro Torralba in the Ports of Santa Barbara.
