The Working Group of the Sector Board for drafting the Regulation of Citizen Participation met on the afternoon of Monday, 17 October, to continue with the amendment of the regulations and coordinate the timing of actions to be developed in the coming months.
The Bureau of Participation, chaired by Juan Pedro Torralba, was attended by the mayors Francisco Aznar, Isabel García, María José Soler, as well as representatives of other local groups as Pilar Marcos, Manuel Padin and Diego Ortega, as well as experts in the matter.
First, participatory budgets, procedures and suggestions, where the timeframe and dissemination for the implementation of this pilot project was developed recently approved by the Board of Local Government for the year 2017 were discussed.
This calendar is collected on October 24 as a day of a meeting with the presidents and vice presidents of Neighborhood Committees, at 17:30 hours in the building of San Miguel;
and 28 with the federations of neighborhood associations, women, elderly, and all the presidents and members of the Boards of neighborhood associations, women, social, seniors, sports, cultural, educational, youth, socio- health who want to attend, at the Cultural Center Ramón Alonso Luzzy, at 18:30.
