Teachers and students from the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) participate in the first quarterly program of the cultural program Think touring Cartagena municipal libraries with popular science workshops.
The teams and associations of students from the Polytechnic manufacturing racing vehicles, solar cars, submarines and robotic devices, and research groups from different centers of the University explained to children interested in science and technology some of its projects to conserve species , hydrology and engineering.
The participation of the Polytechnic in this municipal program is coordinated by the Unit for Scientific Culture and Innovation (UCC + i) of the UPCT.
The dean of research, Beatriz Miguel, has attended this afternoon at the presentation of the program of Cartagena Think of the Palace Hall.
Intending to promote thought and reflection, Cartagena Think includes other outreach workshops, discussion groups 'con-science' and a conference program at the cultural center Ramón Alonso Luzzy with students UPCT can get a credit ECTS equivalent to 25 hours of training.
