The architect from the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) Alberto Moreno has received the second international award IE Architecture + Prize for young graduates architects between 2014 and 2016, with which it has awarded a grant of 7,000 euros to pursue a Master of Architecture and Design .
