The Municipal Citizens in Cartagena wants to clarify the controversy that has been dragging on for several years on the legal status of parking the Virgin of Charity Medical Center.

According to these allegations, corresponding to its current park lands belonged to the layout of the street Jorge Juan until occupied, they say, illegitimately the Virgin of Charity clinic, making an alteration of the boundaries of the property in the public deed of purchase .
In this situation, Citizens Cartagena has reported that is required to move the local government of Cartagena this urban alleged illegality.
Citizens spokesman in Cartagena, Manuel Padin, believes these allegations "are worrying and the city of Cartagena and has to take action on the matter and investigate what is happening, can not stay out of this."
