The City of Cartagena adds, on Wednesday 28 September, the International Day of the Right to Know.
To this end, the Department of Office Transparency Portal and directed by María José Soler has organized a program of activities to raise awareness and inform citizens of their right of access to public information.
The International Right to Know Day is commemorated since 2002, when civil society organizations and activists from around the world gathered in the Bulgarian city of Sofia to create an international network to define defense strategies and dissemination of the right of access to information.
SEPTEMBER 28, INTERNATIONAL DAY RIGHT TO KNOW
Cartagena commemorate this day with the realization of a set of activities that will start on Wednesday morning in the Plaza de San Sebastián.
