The next Saturday, September 17, there will be a new edition of the Journey to swim to the Port of Cartagena, a classic within the regional circuit of open water, which this year celebrates its twenty-fifth anniversary.
Estacompetición is organized by the Department of Sports City of Cartagena, the Áncora club, Swimming Federation of Murcia and the Federation of Festivals of Carthaginians and Romans.
Responsible to disclose all the details of this sporting event has been the Councillor for Sports, Ricardo Segado, who was accompanied by President of the Swimming Federation of Murcia, Francisco Dominguez and club president Áncora Manuel Gomez.
Councilman Sports has highlighted the importance of this test is scoring for the Circuito Open Water of the Region of Murcia and at the same time, it is a sporting event which serves to show visitors the best of the city in full holidays Carthaginians and Romans.
This competition will take place at the Real Club de Regatas, where will your departure and arrival.
The journey will swim a distance of six hundred meters for children categories and in 1600 meters for the absolute category.
The start time for child categories will be at 10:30 hours and from 11:30 hours for other categories.
REGISTRATIONS
Those interested in participating in the XXV edition of the Journey to swim to the Port of Cartagena will make suinscripción on the web starting line with a cost of 12 euros in all categories.
