This morning I met the Sector Board of Citizen Participation to collect proposals and contributions from political groups and the Federation of Neighborhood Associations with the clear objective of amending Regulation current Citizen Participation and adapt to new requirements and regulations have I emerged over the ten year period.
This meeting has approved a working methodology in small commissions and a specific timetable for action.
The commissions are four:
1. Citizenship Rights
2. Citizen Entities, Registration, Rights and Obligations
3. Participation Bodies
4. Decentralized Organs
The first Citizenship Rights commission will meet on September 29 at five in the afternoon.
Once you finish working this aspect of the regulations will be passed to work the next.
The proposals received from political groups CSSP, PSOE, MC and the Federation of Neighborhood Associations will be starting elpunto commissions mentioned.
The meeting was chaired by Juan Pedro Torralba Villada, councilor for the Good Governance and Transparency, Decentralization and Citizen Participation, and it was attended by the councilors Francisco Aznar García (PSOE), Maria Jose Soler Martinez (MC), Diego Ortega Madrid (PP), Pilar Marcos Silvestre (CTSSP) and Rama Ana Martinez (Citizens).
They have also attended the president of the Federation of Neighborhood Associations, Cristina Roca Ballester, and experts appointed by each political group.
