A group of citizens have staged today, September 7, the last tour of police facilities Security Park City of Cartagena.
Since last August 24 for three consecutive Wednesdays around 140 people have toured these facilities to know the history of this centenary body as well as the work being done daily.
The visit of the facilities located on the road of the Union in the Media League, beginning at the museum located in the lobby of the building.
Here, a Ducati motorcycle with over thirty years old was the starting point for a visit where you can see old uniforms and characteristic elements of the members of this body that originated in ancient municipal constables and watchmen.
Citizens also have been able to contemplate curios like chuzos carrying these watchmen, ammunition, vehicles, weapons and documentation of the different stages that had the local police.
Later, they visited the premises and rooms where you operate and coordinate the various warnings through 112, and where traffic cameras that has the municipality are controlled.
Finally, visitors could find other areas such as deposits of detainees and the various types of vehicles that tells the police to carry out their work.
