The walls of the Palace Hall of Cartagena will host, between September 8 and October 16, unaexposición Murcia painter, José María Falgas.
The opening of this pictorial exhibition will take place this Thursday, Sept. 8, at 20:00 pm and will be attended by the mayor of Cartagena, Jose Lopez, and the councilor of Culture, David Martinez.
Falgas exposure, comprising more than fifty watercolors and oils, highlights, like the rest of his work, for his poetry and light.

BIOGRAPHY
José María Falgas Rigal, was born on June 22, 1929, in Murcia.
He has received a significant number of awards and recognitions as the Bronze Medal of the Academy of Arts, Sciences and Letters of Paris, the Medal of Honor of the Egyptian Institute of Islamic Studies, or the Centenary Medal of the Royal Academy of Medicine, between other.
The painter Murcia has a close relationship with Cartagena and the military world.
Currently he has fifty works donated to the city that can be visited in the park Tentegorra in the Submarine Base and the room that bears his name in the Military Museum.
