On the occasion of the Festival of Carthaginians and Romans, held from 16 to 25 September in our city, on Tuesday 6th of this month at 21.00 it was inaugurated at the Museum of the Roman Theatre and the exhibition itineranteCarthagineses Romans.

The exhibition, organized by the Federation troops and legions, aims to bring the visitor through photography to the most important historical moments are relived in the Festival and can be seen until November 28.
The city was the scene of the Second Punic War, and during the holidays all the historical events that occurred since the causes of the confrontation between the Carthaginian and Roman powers, until the beginning of the conflict and its outcome recover.
Thus, the Foundation Qart Hadasht by the Carthaginian Asdrubal, the output of Hannibal's army to Rome, and the great battle that ends with the conquest of the city at the hands of General Scipio marks.
In the exhibition, photographs of Abel Ros serve as a graphic document to give a thread to the story told in the texts, which may also be followed by an audiovisual, and leads the public to one of the most important events the ancient world, the Second Punic War.
Says writer Santiago Posteguillo, some think it is not possible to travel in time '' ... but that's not true.
If you go to Cartagena in September suddenly, without realizing it, they will find themselves in the midst of the Second Punic War and understand what happened, how it happened and why it was so important what happened in Cartagena late third century BC.
