Anyone Spanish or foreign creator who wants to can put image to Cartagena Carnival 2017, which already has opened the deadline to present works that represent their poster facing the new edition.
As a prerequisite, the work must be original and collect the carnival spirit as well as a notorious element of the city of Cartagena, which can boast of this declared of Regional Tourist Interest festival.
Participants may submit up to three different jobs, free technique, including the jury will determine one winner a prize will be 1,000 euros in cash.
It is planned that the posters are subsequently exposed in a place to be determined later.
This competition is possible thanks to the collaboration between the Department of Culture, the Department of Celebration and Carnival laFederación.
PAPERS
