Although the big day par excellence of the cartagenera population of Alum is on 16 August, as it is the day of their patron saint, San Roque, its official program of celebrations begins days ago with a prelude of activities that will encourage residents and visitors thanks to the collaboration between the Department of Celebration and the Neighborhood Association.
