The Local Government Board has approved this morning submitting comments to the draft Declaration of Special Areas of Conservation (SACs) and Comprehensive Management Plan (PGI), protected spaces of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean coastal strip of the Region of Murcia.
These allegations collect the motion passed unanimously at the plenary session of 30 June 2016 in which all groups urge the Autonomous Community to increase actions to protect the Mar Menor.
Also, the government team requests a zone of influence is believed around the Mar Menor lagoon that limits land use, establishing a strip of between 500 and 1000 meters of service for which the City Council proposes a change of use soil qualified as inadequate urbanizables not developable land with specific protection.
Similarly, the Community that takes into account the existence of potentially contaminated soils in Lo Poyo is requested.
The allegations also show the discomfort of the City by the fact that the plan ignores the CARM losayuntamientos coastal, and therefore proposes to include in a group of coordination and management.
Also he claimed, as commented Deputy Mayor, Ana Belén Castejon, in its post-meeting delcaraciones, the Comprehensive Management Plan promotes actions to successfully treat poseidonia;
improve the design of marinas making them more sustainable;
create ecoparks in nearby towns to treat household waste;
and put in place an action plan to address the problem of vertidosproducidos by stormwater into the lagoon.
In another vein, the Board of Governors approved an agreement with a contribution of 4,500 euros, to promote inclusive tourism for people with intellectual disabilities.
It has also been given approval to the commitment that the budgets of 2017-2020 include the créditosnecesarios for the provision of maintenance of electrical installations in schools, amounting to 518,796 euros;
for cleaning public schools, for 16,634,000 euros;
deinfraestructuras and maintenance of nursery schools, amounting to 238,164.52 euros.
It has also authorized the multi-annual expenditure for the procurement of works of rehabilitation of four social housing in Los Belones, amounting to 193,144.34 euros .;
a collaboration agreement with the Open University so that students do practical training;
the enforcement of the obligation to Hansa Urbana to rehabilitate the Monastery of San Ginés de la Jara;
and an agreement with the Polytechnic University of Cartagena for the development of Intelligent Urban deSenderos project, amounting to 20,800 euros.
