The general director of the Regional Employment Service and Training (SEF), Alejandro Zamora, today held a meeting with officials of the Chamber of Commerce of Cartagena to treat various projects associated with the program Youth Guarantee, which is aimed at improving the insertion employment of young people under 30 years.

Zamora stressed that "in the region there are about 11,000 young people enrolled in this program", which gives this group a customized itinerary with specific actions of guidance and support in order to facilitate their participation in training processes tailored to the needs of the market, internships, jobs, and supporting their entrepreneurship.

Also at the meeting training initiatives for employment, adapted to the needs of the region cartagenera they were coordinated.
