Punta Brava held from 3 to 15 August its celebrations with a program of activities aimed at all audiences which include children's acts.
Organized by the Festival Committee with the collaboration of the Department of Celebrations of the City of Cartagena, activities start day 3.4 and 5 August with a theater course which will take place from 9.30 to 12.00.
On Friday November 5, Punta Brava offers a walking route from the Nature of Los Urrutias, bordering the Carmolí, visiting the Chapel of urbanization and snack on the promenade.
The theater is still protagonist on Sunday, 7 where from 22.00 hours there will be a Theatre Festival next to Arbolar Center.
For lovers of sports and games, there will be courses in canoeing and petanque tournaments, dominoes, ludo and chess.
Younger children can enjoy beach games or concerts.
Astronomy also has an appointment scheduling parties on Thursday 11 with the observation of the moon and falling stars (Perseids) on the beach promenade.
The festivities come to an end on Monday August 15th with a parade at nine o'clock enlivened by the traditional band of drums and bugles, and a Mass at 19 hours with subsequent procession of the image of the employer and tasting churros with chocolate.
A craft fair on the promenade and a musical performance by José Blaya put an end to the celebrations of the locality
