The celebration of Santa Marta has a special nuance to the Association of Hotels and Tourist Accommodations in Cartagena and its region, HOSTECAR, who celebrate this vierntes July 29 the day of its patron saint.
To honor Santa Marta, it was made in the Church of Charity Mass and wreath which was attended by members of HOSTECAR, including its president, Juan Jose Lopez, and members of the government team and the mayor, Jose Lopez , Deputy Mayor, Ana Belén Castejon, Councillor of the Quality of Life, Francisco Calderon, and the Councillor for Tourism, Obdulia Gomez, along with other municipal corporation as Manuel Padin.
There has officiated a ceremony honoring the hotelier whole and its patron saint, where the image of the saint at the foot of the altar was before the eyes of authorities and citizens.
Coinciding with this celebration, HOSTECAR reported the opening of the deadline for submitting nominations for the Santa Marta Business Awards 2016, which will remain open until September 30.
