Agents Cartagena Local Police rescued Wednesday morning in a dog that was in a position of abandonment on the terrace of a home.

The incident occurred in the Los Dolores, where agents rescued a chihuahua who was on a balcony over a week unattended.

Thanks to the cooperation of the Fire Department it could access the balcony of the apartment, where Quality of Life Unit found that the dog had no food and water, as well as accumulation of feces of several days.

We proceeded to transfer the animal to CATAD, remaining in custody for an alleged offense animal abandonment.
