The Order of public tuition rates at public universities in the region, which has been released this morning during the meeting of the Inter-University Council, includes the expansion of 3 to 4 payment terms that the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT ) enables its students.

The Order also provides for the freezing of rates for both college undergraduate, master's and doctoral degrees.

Moreover, the Inter-University Council reported favorably implantation in Cartagena Polytechnic Master's Degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Systems.
