Young participants of the third edition of Cartagena Launchers Employment program, funded by Santa María la Real Historical Heritage, Telefonica Foundation, the Regional Government and the Regional Employment Service on Monday visited the offices of the Department of Youth.

There have received them the mayor, Ricardo Segado, who has made available existing resources in the Department of Youth to support their transition to adulthood and become full citizens.

The meeting offered to young people, the Youth Councillor, pointed out how important it is to work towards the labor market, one of the primary objectives of this program, such as acquiring skills and values ​​to complete the achievement of the consideration of person adult, independent and integrated into society.

It has been informed about the use of free time through the T-LA program, access to relevant information on scholarships, calls ... expert advice on any aspect they may need, from housing, education, health and gender , social, mobility and employment.

In the latter, the employment of special interest to the participants of the shuttle Employment has offered information on the National Youth Guarantee System that aims to facilitate the access of young people to the labor market.

Youth Guarantee is a European initiative in which the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia and ESF subsidy involved.

This program is aimed at young people between 16 and 29 who are neither studying nor working and wishing to be enabled to access the labor market, either by a job offer or by offering training to supplement or expand their qualifications and to promote their integration into the labor market.

Meanwhile, members of the third shuttle Employment Cartagena, LanzaCarthago, explained Councilman Youth operating structure divided according to their training department: Human Resources where selected profiles;

Marketing and publicize events where the shuttle, and communication with the web management and social networking.

Cooperation, teamwork, responsibility, achievement of objectives, creativity and learning are the values ​​on which the operation of this program is based.
