Among the samples proposed by La Mar de Arte, the photography exhibition Enjoysweeden includes a set of 46 prints that hang in the air, allow the viewer to take a tour of snapshots of different topics but with a common line: Sweden, as it is the guest of this twentieth edition of the festival of the Sea of ​​Music.
Councillor for Culture, David Martinez has come this morning to CIM building of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) to see this exhibition that includes scenes of everyday life of the Swedes.
This exhibition is a project of Swedish cinematographer crowd-sourced held in the social network Instagram in 2013. For a whole year, anyone who wanted their favorite images marked with the hashtag #enjoysweeden.
It was started by two brothers of the Nordic country, Albin and Oskar Ponnert, and had not established rules for choosing the photographs.
After collecting more than 60,000 snapshots, an expert jury selected the 240 best in a photo album, looking for the most interesting, weird, wonderful and personal moments insta-Swedes who could tell a story about Sweden.
Precisely on this has spoken Antonio Gómez Ribelles, who follow the driver of a guided tour of all samples of the Sea of ​​Art in collaboration with the section of La Mar de Letras this morning.
This is the exhibition that may seem less literary and yet, is what counts most is what a whole country.
Also by the UPCT, the Vice Chancellor of Students, University Extension and Sports, Sergio Amat, highlighted the collaboration with the city and noted the possibility of creating a similar project whose backdrop is Cartagena, their daily life, its scenarios and environments.
SCHEDULE
Enjoysweeden will be open until July 31 from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 14.00 and from 17.00 to 21.00, and Saturday morning from 9.00 to 14.00.
