The counselor explained that "with the recent expansion of places in this center we try to respond to demand, as there are many people who have specifically requested admission to this residence."
In addition to higher positions in several residences, recently it has carried out the reopening of the residence Source Cubas, with 120 places of residence and day center 40.
Among the services offered by the IMAS there is also the possibility of awarding economic benefit linked to residential care service to those who want financial support that allows them to partially finance the cost of a private square.
Today, there are 107 facilities of this type in the city of Cartagena.
