The Contracting Committee has met this morning, July 13, under the chairmanship of Councillor for Employment, Isabel Garcia, which has made the opening of the envelopes concerning administrative documentation and financial offer for the replacement contract stolen cable and other public lighting installations in the municipality of Cartagena elements.
A total of 14 companies have submitted their proposals for the award of this service, following the usual line of high business participation in public procurement processes during this first year of legislature.
It has been determined, because some of the offers submitted are discounted more than 30%, that the documentation is studied for the assessment of possible reckless underbidding and its justification.
Once awarded, companies will have to perform the contract before the end of this year.
