The Youth Council initiated through social networks, a campaign to disseminate information to enable young people who are neither studying nor working and want to change their situation.

The campaign, within the Youth Guarantee program aims to enable youth employment with slogans Discover your possibilities Decide what you want to be, and your opportunity, your job.

This campaign is launched after the meeting on 28 June the fifth technical committee for the Coordination of Youth Guarantee the City of Cartagena, in order to continue making profitable resources that could be used locally to give a response effectively and efficiently to the socio-educational and professional integration of young people over 16 and under 30 who are neither studying nor working.

This technical committee, which brought together representatives of all municipal areas involved and the Regional Administration, focuses its actions with the aim of activating the young ydesarrollar their capacities to achieve their career goal.

Currently in the National Youth Guarantee File they have registered a total of 1,251 young people in the city of Cartagena that benefit from various activities that complement the work of orientation of technical personnel assigned to the program.

Is studied with them a training plan specific training and development of key competencies that every young person needs to enhance their employability and employability options.
