This morning was held the meeting of the Local Board of Housing, in the building of La Milagrosa.
By the municipal government, they attended the council delegate of Social Services, Carmen Martin, and the delegate of Portal and Transparency Office, José María Soler mayor.
They also took part representatives of all political groups in the city of Cartagena.
The reason for the meeting was the launch of the operating mechanism of work of the Bureau has been divided into three distinct areas: identification of problem;
establishment of communication protocols and the development of a resource guide.
Thus, the Local Board of Housing, formed last June 2, goes a step further and start and addressing issues related to housing problems in Cartagena.
During the meeting they have been set up three working groups that will work independently and will hold regular meetings, all coming together in a pooling six months to get the conclusionespertinentes.
several objectives among which are concentrating much information as possible about housing problems are marked;
offer the user a clarifying route so you can be served avoiding misinformation and finally make a website and an indicative, simple and summary prospectus, which lists resources with the list of those agencies involved in supporting citizen housing problems .
In the Bureau of Housing and therefore in the three working groups set up today, they are present in addition to the municipal officers of Social Services;
Platform Affected by Mortgage (PAH);
the Federation of Neighborhood Associations and District of Cartagena;
Network Combating poverty and social exclusion (EAPN);
the administration of justice, the Official Bar Association;
the Association of Attorneys;
financial institutions and region.
