The Official Gazette published today Thursday, June 23, the notice of public auction of five edifiicables municipal parcels included in the Municipal Heritage Land amounting to more than 4.5 mln euros.
The deadline for submission of tenders is 20 calendar days from the day after this publication, which will close on July 13.
Specifically it is located in Cartagena five wickets in the Cuesta de la Baroness (opposite the Bar La Catedral);
in Atamaría (among soccer fields and tennis courts) and Cabo de Palos (around the supermarket UPPER).
The lots are as follows:
