Starting today, Thursday May 23, the company Arquisocial takes office service home care, of which a total of 450 elderly in the municipality benefit, and will contract four new workers (long-term unemployed, people at risk of social exclusion or disabled), the social clause that has established the city of Cartagena.
The service has been awarded for little more than 2,600,000 euros, of which 3% will go to hiring these people.
The Department of Social Services, which depends on home help is preparing a listing for the company to make the selection of these four new employees.
In addition, Arquisocial subrogated to the 66 workers of the former company.
The award to the new company, which is headquartered in Zaragoza and works in 24 Spanish provinces, means savings for municipal coffers budget of 4% over the previous contract.
Among the improvements established by Arquisocial, of which the largest in the municipality will benefit, 10 beds articulated, 50 swivel chairs bath, 1,200 hours of hairdressing, almost 800 hours of podiatry 10 cranes for bathing people with high disability and include more than 800 hours of training for staff.
This service offers the largest domestic help and personal care based on their needs.
