With the aim of bringing the Sea of ​​Music to the districts and councils, the twenty-second edition of the festival will feature a new line of action called La Mar de Barrios, who comes to enrich the musical programming and parallel activities.
It is to decentralize cultural activity bringing the festival each year to a district or county council and working in collaboration with associations and social agents in the area, inviting them to make their own activities within the festival.
In this first Sea Barrios neighborhood has been selected José María de La Puerta.
