The area councilor for Culture and Heritage, Sports and Youth, Ricardo Segado, took stock of the first year of management in the Government of the City of Cartagena, which highlights the approach to sports clubs and youth, as well as work and illusion by bringing to light the wonderful heritage of the municipality.
RECOGNITION AND PROXIMITY TO SPORTS, CLUBS AND INSTITUTIONS

COMMITTED TO YOUTH
As for the work in the Department of Youth, Ricardo Segado stressed the commitment to give voice to young people in our town, listening to their demands, needs and contributions.
In this regard, the council has ensured that we have held meetings with all groups and associations working with young people, facing payments of subsidies that were pending with various youth groups.

Another fundamental aspect for the Department of Youth is the future employment of young people in our town, so we continue to drive services that help improve the training.

We move in formation, as evidenced by the growing number of participants in the program Mandarache, renowned nationwide, and we have recently closed the largest edition.

Similarly, Segado assured that we understand that leisure is a very important in the lives of youth section, so we have launched activities as the first edition of the Fall and Spring Festivals Pop.
PROMOTING HERITAGE PROJECTS AND RECOVERY
Ricardo Segado, responsible for Archaeological Heritage, has indicated that Cartagena has one of the largest historic heritages of the world.
Therefore, we have promoted the momentum of recovery projects and value the heritage of our city, such as filing a quarterly basis, of one of the pieces object rehabilitation Municipal Restoration Workshop.
