The City of Cartagena through the Department of Planning, has released for sale through public auction procedure sale of property included in the Municipal Heritage Land, amounting to just over 4.5 million euros.
In particular it is five land located in Cartagena in the Cuesta de la Baroness (opposite the Bar La Catedral), in Atamaría (among soccer fields and tennis courts) and Cabo de Palos (around the supermarket UPPER) .
The lots are as follows:
Lot 1: Plot C-22.4.
Action 1 Atamaría unit.
Area: 13.834,98.-m².
Budget: EUR 3.413.146,00.-
Lot 2. Plot C-20.1.2.
Performance Unit 1. Atamaría
Area: 1059.66 m².
Budget: 233.075,00.-euros
3. Lot Plot M1 Unit CA3 area 1 Scope PEOPCH
Surface: 253 m².
Budget: EUR 231.139,00.-
Lot 4. Plot 2.D Performance Unit 1. CP3.
Cabo de Palos
Area: 1.748,74.-m².
Budget: 473.820,00.-euros
Lot 5. Plot 5.A Performance Unit 2 CP1.
Cabo de Palos
Area: 1.211,15.-m².
Budget: EUR 214.126,00.-
The base budget takes excluding VAT, or, if applicable, taxes and other expenses relating to transmission, each of the lots.
The announcement of the tender has been published today in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM).
The deadline for submission of bids shall be twenty calendar days from the publication of the same notice in the Official Gazette (BOE), which will occur in the coming days.
