Councilman David Martinez took stock of his first year in office as head of the delegation of Culture, which has recovered Mucho Mas Mayo Festival, which had been abolished in 2010, renewing it and giving the opportunity to contemporary artists to present their projects.
New this year, the festival has brought the culture to one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of the city, San Anton.
David Martinez Noguera explained that for Local Government priority is to bring culture to the people, to all corners of the municipality and for that we must bring it to the street.
The mayor also pointed out that all this has been achieved with less budget available to the festival in previous editions, not so much because of budget but of political will.

For the first time, in the auditorium and congress palace El Batel, a place in the First Meeting of Bands of Cartagena the four major music groups were given municipality.
