The Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) promote the dissemination and audiovisual innovation Cante de las Minas.

Both institutions have signed a collaboration agreement whereby the UPCT collaborate with the facilities of its Production Center and Digital Content to the Foundation Cante de las Minas.

Through such assignment, the foundation may develop audiovisual projects innovation or improvement of generation and dissemination techniques with the experience available to the Production Center of Digital Content.

In addition, they must select a fellow of the UPCT collaborate in the development of a draft audiovisual innovation linked to the Foundation Cante de Las Minas.
