The Minister of Family and Equal Opportunities, Thomas Violante, attended today's exhibition "The magic of pop surrealism 'Pablo Torres, a member of the Association for the mentally ill community integration of Cartagena and Murcia (Apexis).
Thomas Violante highlighted the "great talent and sensibility" Torres exhibiting their work and the work "very valuable" that takes place in their occupational Apexis service.
As he explained, "the workshops that develop improve the quality of life of people with chronic mental illness, enhancing their skills and providing an integral enabler attention."
The exhibition can be visited at the premises of the police station in Cartagena, merges surreal pop art.
In the paintings of imaginary and real life characters they appear.
Among the exhibits, he stands' The cartagenero Guernica and the 'Guardian Angel', inspired by the sculpture of Juan Jose Quiros dedicated to the Patron of Police.
