Spanish Cartagena is the most distinctive municipality has received from the Institute for Quality Tourism Spanish, followed by Sanxenxo, in Pontevedra.
Councillor for Industry, Tourism, Agriculture, Fisheries, Rural Development and Litoral, Obdulia Gómez, has gathered today in Madrid twelve Q Quality flags with which has recognized the quality of the beaches in the municipality.
The beaches that will fly this flag are Cala del Pino, Mar de Cristal, Levante (Cabo de Palos), Cala Cortina, San Gines de la Azohía, Minor Outlying Islands, Galúa, Cavanna, La Gola, Playa Honda, Paradise Beach, Boat lost (Entremares) lost Ship (Sirens) and lost Ship (Zeus).
Councillor for Tourism, Obdulia Gomez, welcomed this reconomiento.
We can not forget that we have also received eleven blue flags.

The delivery of the flags with the Q Quality was held at the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism, and was chaired by Secretary of State for Tourism, Isabel Borrego, and the president of ICTE, Miguel Mirones.
The Q Quality focuses primarily on the quality of services offered on the beach private or public entities.
The rules Quality Tourism Q include two types of requirements, some related to the outcome of the various services and related systems and tucked necessary to ensure the level of quality of services.
