The mayor of Cartagena, Jose Lopez, and Deputy Mayor, Ana Belén Castejon have received this morning, May 24, at the Palace Hall the president of the Personnel Board of the City of Cartagena, Juan Jesus Moreno;
and the president of the council, Jesus Cortado.
During the meeting, both Moreno and Cortado been formally presented to the mayors, having acceded to office on April 20.
Both delegates of municipal workers as representatives of the government team have shown their total readiness to go hand in hand and move on issues of interest, fostering a climate of collaboration.
It is recalled that on March 15 union elections were held in the city of Cartagena.
The day had a participation of more than 84% of career officials, and 78% of labor.
Of the 23 representatives who were elected to the Personnel Board officials, seven were for UGT, six for SIME;
CCOO and five for five for CSIF.
Of the 13 representatives who were elected to the works council of labor, CCOO won six;
SIME four;
two UGT and one the CSIF.
