The Information and Infrastructure Planning Commission has ruled favorably unanimously a timely addendum Amendment No. 1 PGMO, Town Planning Regulations, with respect to paragraphs 1.10 on Scheme of Arrangement Outside, the 2.3.2.1.
Undeveloped land for new irrigation systems and 2.3.3.
Specific undeveloped land protection.
That addendum will allow the building of ships also agricultural uses in agricultural, always plots and when the occupation does not exceed 25 percent of the plot.
This is the City respond to requests for agricultural associations in this regard equating the rules to what is already established for farms.
So far the construction of agricultural buildings was only possible based on the buildable plot, so in practice it was not feasible in most cases.
This was the only issue on the agenda of the meeting, which was held this morning, under the chairmanship of Mayor and Head of Planning and Infrastructure, José López.
