Invited by the Regional Commissioner of Tourism of Tunisia and South Zaghouan, thanks to the efforts made by Commissioner Leila Tekaia, the Festival of Carthaginians and Romans they took part in the great cultural event Oudhna en FĂŞte, held last weekend in Tunis.
On Saturday, meeting with the Tunisian authorities organized tourism program, the delegation of our Historic Festival, held various activities in the event of the Cultural Abulkacem The Chebbi of Benarous.Javier Ibernon, president of the Federation troops and legions , gave the conference "historical Festival of Cartagena: a lever for economic and cultural development of the region" .Andrés Irles and Javier Zájara, directors Federation, participated in seminars to present their experience in the development of events in archaeological sites ( on the Sacred Fire at the Museum of the Roman Theater and the Arx Hasdrubalis Cartagena) and discuss steps to be taken to the recognition of tourist interest in a fiesta.Néstor Giuliodoro, director of Federation, he participated in interviews in English and French Telvza television channels Télévision TV and Tunisie 1 further collaborating with Dhaker Akermi, Samia Ben Taleb Ennouri and various authorities of the Ministry of Culture.
We also established important lines of collaboration with Ali Fourati, Chairman of the Committee on Economic Affairs Benarous with Ferjaoui Ahmed, Director of Research at the National Heritage Institute of Tunisia and historian Mohamed Lofti Belaid.
In this act, the Governor of Oudhna and other authorities Oudhna gave several awards to Carthaginians and Romans, the Historical Festival of Cartagena and received the pen drives that prepared Federation with presentations designed by our department of Press and videos of our Party made by TELECARTAGENA and 7 Television of Murcia.
On Sunday morning, representatives of Carthaginians and Romans made guided Tourism officials in the Bardo Museum, the Punic ports and the Antonine Baths visits.
In the afternoon, they attended the concert of the Symphony Orchestra of Tunisia in the magnificent amphitheater of Oudhna the first century of our era and participated in various interviews in English by Tunisie Télévision 1.
On Monday morning, they attended a special tour to the archaeological site Oudhna, conducted by archaeologist Nizar Ben Slimène, curator of this magnificent archaeological site that has an amphitheater, a public bath, a forum and a Roman theater excavated to value since September.
Participation in this event is the finale for the great work done by a team of managers, coordinated by Javier Zájara Troop Hannibal, writing memory and preparing the materials requested for the conduct of international tourist interest for many months.
An invaluable help given us the curator Leila Tekaia and the Tunisian authorities to complete the actions of promotion of our Party abroad, a goal that is now fulfilled.
