This morning was held at the headquarters of ACCEM in Cartagena closing and delivery of diplomas of the courses delprograma ACCEMPLEO with the presence of the Councillor for Social Services and Social Mediation, Carmen Martin;
the director of the Instituto Murciano Social Action (IMAS), Miguel Angel Miralles;
the head of Human Resources of Carrefour, José Francisco González;
President ACCEM in our city, Mohammed Kebaili;
Coordinator of Social Services, Damián Pérez;
and the coordinator of the Center for Social Services Cartagena I, Benito Rosario.
This NGO aims to facilitate the integration of immigrants and refugees into society, and the program ACCEMPLEO arises in order to help improve the employability of people who find more obstacles to enter the labor market.
The actions carried out enable visible and power capabilities of unemployed people in the municipality, with special interest in the neighboring district Virgin of Charity, which is association is.
The procedure is performed integrally with the participants and their families and in coordination with public employment services, social services, health centers, schools, social organizations and businesses in the area.
INSERTION ITINERARIES
In total there have been 106 interviews with people who have requested information about the project.
It has worked with 49 people - 22 of them from the neighborhood Virgin of Charity - who have developed a socio-professional itinerary that includes the following:
Reception, study and diagnosis
Career counseling
comprehensive social care
Training
labor practices
Support in active job search
labor intermediation
job placement
Monitoring in employment
COURSES
Within the project they have conducted five formations:
Literacy and basic educational skills (100 hours), with 13 participants
social skills to improve employability (100 hours), with 13 other participants
Prevention of occupational risks (50 hours), with 15 participants
New information technologies and their application in active job search (60 hours), with 14 participants
Trade Assistant Skills (180 hours of theory and 40 practical), with 16 participants.

Of the 49 people who have made an itinerary, 37 have participated in at least one of the formations ACCEMPLEO and 44 training workshops have been held or have been derived external training.
In addition, 14 people have agreed to a contract of employment.
