The mayor of Cartagena, Jose Lopez, received this morning the new rector of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, Alejandro Diaz Morcillo, to welcome the position of which took office on April 20.

Alejandro Diaz Morcillo, professor in the area of ​​Signal Theory and Communications, was elected rector of the UPCT on 16 March, with the support of the university community.
