The Municipal Institute of Coastal Services (IMSEL) of the City of Cartagena has brought contracting the Service Lifesaving on the beaches of the municipality of Cartagena with distinctive quality.

The objective of this contract is to manage the various services of the coastal area and ensure the realization of prevention, care, and rescue to ensure the safety of visitors to bathing areas during the upcoming summer season, in the Cala del Pino, Levante and Poniente best Islands, Mar de Cristal, Cala Cortina, San Gines, Levante Cabo de Palos, Isla Plana, Honda and Playa Paraiso, Playa del Cavanna and El Cuartel de La Azohía beaches.

The contract will have a duration of 106 days from the start of the activity, being effective service delivery between June 8 to September 21, 2016. The estimated contract value is EUR 208,962.27, divided payment in the months of July, August, September and October.

The contractor will assume the obligation to exert real, effective and continuously, the address on the staff member working team responsible for the execution of the contract.

RECRUITMENT

The documentation for the tender will be presented in three sealed envelopes with the administrative documentation and economic and technical bids.

The criterion for automatic evaluation of the financial offer will be up 70 points and enmejoras in the plan service operation up to 30 points.

Proposals along with the required documentation will be presented at the Office of the Municipal Institute of Coastal Services, located in Gran Via, No. 2, La Manga, Cartagena, until 16 May.
