The Department of Equality, headed by mayor David Martinez, is working on the recovery of the Business Incubator for Women for next September, and precisely in its conference organized Friday 6 May a training day under the title Analysis of audiovisual messages for emotional education.
Being equal opportunities between women and men a cross-cutting theme in the various councils, training has aroused the interest of art from different areas: Culture, Education, Youth and Social Services;
as well as professional schools, organizations and entities seeking to develop equality policies as lasONG's, and components of the Local Coordination Committee Gender Violence.
The objective of this seminar is to provide professionals with practical tools that allow greater awareness and wider labor approach to equality, in addition to providing knowledge and guidelines that promote education for equality.
The conference, which will run from 10.30 to 13.30 hours, will be taught by Pilar Aguilar, who is an essayist and critic of film and television.
Degree in Modern Philology at the University of Seville in Educational Sciences and Cinematographic and Audiovisual Studies from the University of Paris, has conducted several studies of sobredidáctica research and teaching of audiovisual and on the image of women in film and the TV.
Their analysis, based on the feminist imperative to make the invisible visible focus on sexist and patriarchal manipulation of cinematic representation and try to irracionalizar the world that the dominant ideology constructed as natural.
