Researchers and students from the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) from today exhibit their experiments and scientific demonstrations in the fifth edition of the Engineering Campus.

Some 5,320 students from Nursery, Primary, Secondary Education and Vocational Training of 45 schools across the Murcia region are expected to attend the Campus of Engineering, to be held from today until Thursday from 9:00 to 14 : 00 pm in the campus of the Polytechnic Alfonso XIII.
The fair, which consolidates this year with its fifth edition, seeks to awaken scientific and technical vocations.
The rector of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT), Alejandro Diaz Morcillo, said that these initiatives are useful to awaken vocations among young people and encourage them to study engineering or architecture.
"The university is not only training is also complemented by innovation and research into the company," he said.
