At five o'clock yesterday afternoon Sunday, May 1, an act of transfer of images to the Parish of Christ of Health was initiated to celebrate its 50th anniversary.
The procession started from the parish Our Lady of Sorrows with the Virgin of the same and the Parish of El Bohio with the image of San Cristobal.
Accompanied by the mayor, Jose Lopez, and the Councillor delegate Tranparência Office Portal, José María Soler, left shoulder Virgin Our Lady of Sorrows, garlanded with flowers and rhythm of drums and portapasos.
The San Cristobal left the Bohío accompanied by the councilor for the Quality of Life, Francisco Calderon, and the Councillor for Social Services and Social Mediation, Carmen Martin, parading through the streets to meet the Virgin.
Both images came later to the door of the Parish of Christ of the Health of Sorrows, received by all attendees, giving way to the solemn Eucharist presided by the Bishop of the diocese, Jose Manuel Lorca.
