The Board of Trade of the City of Cartagena, presided over by the Councillor of Finance, Isabel Garcia, he has met this morning the technical evaluations and opened the financial bids of the companies attending the award of services home help and Telecare home.
At home help service that has an output type of 2,600,522 euros have been presented seven companies;
while at home telecare, with a budget of 173,000 euros, they have presented three companies.
The first of them, exceeding 500,000 euro budget, the contractor shall apply the clause socialintroducida by the municipal government in municipal contracts that obligate 3 percent of the auction price to hiring people with equal or disability higher 33 percent minimum target derentas insertion or long-term unemployed.
It will be the first time that this social clause applies in the city of Cartagena.
The winners of these two services will be known soon as it is proceeding to ensure that the financial bids do not incur reckless underbidding.
The other contract that has seen this morning was the service kitchen and dining room in infantilesmunicipales schools with a budget of 1,404,016 euros.
Specifically it opened administrative documentation and technical proposals of the nine companies which submitted bids and now must be evaluated by the municipal technicians.
The winning of this service, exceeding 500,000 euros, must also apply the social clause municipal contracts.
