The Social Council of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena has approved at its last meeting the award from this year's prize "Huertas Martínez Ginés In Memoriam" to the improvement and the effort, sponsored by Huertas Automotive Group, will fall to a student UPCT.
The student winner will spend the prize money in personal training in doctoral courses, master, etc., The very UPCT.
The merit will be assessed for the award will be the final project, academic record and other aspects to be considered by the jury which shows a path chaired by academic excellence, the university values and personal effort (such as , on reconciling work and study, collaboration with NGOs, voluntary participation in bodies of the University or student representation, etc.).
Emphasize that "the objective is to reward and promote the realization of final projects of quality, scientific merit, originality, relevance and social interest, pooling all at a good academic background and circumstances that reflect improvement and effort."
