The IV Hall of manga and Japanese culture of Cartagena expects to receive 10,000 people during this weekend (23/04/2016)

The IV manga and Japanese culture 'Cartagena rolls up', in which organization collaborate the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT), the Ministry of Culture and Spokesperson and the City expects to receive during this weekend (23 and 24 April) visited by 10,000 people.
