Two innovative workshops have opened today at the Department of Social Services seeking to provide attendees strategies that enable them to enhance personal growth: Learning to manage conflicts and how to face the pain of grief
Responsible for opening the first day of the workshops, which will be held until June 21 in the building of La Milagrosa, it has been the coordinator of Social Services, Damián Pérez Olmos, accompanied by municipal technicians Seniors program.
Learning to handle conflict is taught by psychologist Carmen Marín López, and it is intended that participants will have strategies to deal with conflict while foster the necessary changes in behavior that leads them to improve family and social relations, enhancing personal growth.
As face the pain of grief is taught by the psychologist Maravillas Acosta Mateos, and is a workshop designed for people who are going through a grieving process, caused by some kind of loss, whether family, separation, retirement or for people who They want to be prepared for it.
Both workshops still have places available and those interested can register at the Department of Social Services in the building of La Milagrosa.
