The mayor of Cartagena, Jose Lopez, visited on Tuesday morning the headquarters of the Maritime Action Force and the Center for Operations and Surveillance Maritime Action (COVAM), located in the building of Captaincy General, where he has been received by the Maritime Action Admiral (almart), Manuel de la Puente.

There, the mayor has been able to see first hand the work carried out by the FAM and visit the COVAM, where systems that provide information and control the vessels in the area are concentrated.

After the visit, the mayor has indicated its passage by these facilities of the Navy signed the book of honor of Captaincy General.
